The RHSAA story begins in 1990 when a small group of former Roseville High students, spearheaded by the late Sylvia Besana  (Class of 1947) decided to organize and host an all-class picnic. It was a rousing success with attendance estimated between 150-200.

 

By the enthusiasm displayed at the event, it was decided to not only host a reunion the following year, but to form an association. An association whose purpose centers around students in aiding them in achieving their academic goals. In addition, the means in which to assist teachers with classroom instructional items to teach and guide the students towards their lifetime inspirations.

In February 1991, the RHSAA was formally established.
